crab meat
1
can
cream of celery soup
1
can
mushrooms
1/3

skim milk
lemon juice
2
slices
bread
cubed
1/2
cup
shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
Put the cream of celery soup and mushrooms in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
After a few minutes, whisk in the skim milk.
Add the crab meat and lemon juice and mix ingredients together.
Pour mixture into 7 oz. ramekins.
Top with cubed bread and cheese.
Place in oven for 8-10 minutes or until bread has browned and cheese has melted.
