Ingredients

package
lemon jello
1
tsp
grated lemon peel
3
tbsp
lemon juice
1 1/4
cups
hot water
1
pint
vanilla ice cream
1
baked pie shell
Instructions
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add peel and juice, then add ice cream by the spoon full, stirring until melted.
Chill 25 to 30 minutes.
Turn into shell.
Chill 20 to 25 minutes.
Garnish with whipped cream and additional lemon peel, if desired.
