Ingredients

instant potatoes

water

canned salmon
drained, boned, and flaked

eggs

salt

bread crumbs
seasoned
Instructions
Boil the water and add the instant potatoes.
After draining, boning, and flaking the salmon, combine with the two eggs and salt.
Stir the salmon mixture into the instant potatoes until fluffy.
Shape into 4-6 balls (they will be sticky.)
Roll the balls in bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
