Texas Toast for thicker French Toast

egg
1/6
cup
cream
1/8
tsp
vanilla
1
tsp
sugar
heaping tsp
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
soft
Jam
any flavor you’d like
cornflakes
crushed
Instructions
Whisk egg, cream, vanilla, and sugar together to make dip mixture.
Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread. Add Jam. Close Sandwich.
Dip in mixture.
Cover with crushed cornflakes.
Put 1 Tbsp of butter on griddle. Put Sandwich on low heat. Brown and turn.
